Not connecting to servers or mumble

Just started happening about 20 mins ago but I can't connect to any servers and mumble keeps crashing.

Managed to get on server for 5mins then got keypackets since then as soon as I get to verifying client data part of the loading phase I get DC and get the error message your connection to the server has been lost.

Stranger sill other people seem to be able to play without problems. But yet I keep seeing mass CTDs looking at the server list.
