PR on Esl.eu

Post by PoisonBill »

Would there be any potential having PR BF2/ArmA 2 on Esl.eu?

ESL: Suggest a new game - Forum - Europe - ESL - The eSports League
esl.eu wrote:Requirements to suggest a new game
- should be a new or current game
- should have a stable multiplayer part
- should have an option for replays and screenshots
Is there any interest in competitive skirmish rounds? 4v4/6v6?

If people would be playing rounds on ESL.eu, PR would gather some interest amongst competitive gamers. Players who use TS3 frequently and are used to the clan scene, but maybe not to PR.

Maybe just wishful thinking, but anyways - just a thought, what about it?

(Details such as rules aren't important; are quick n' small skirmish rounds of any interest in the PR community?)

Not enough clans/groups/whatever for it to have _ANY_ point.

Besides, 4v4 or 6v6 in PR is fun, but there are imo better games for such small scale rounds. PR's selling point is the massive scale.

I wish we had PR on ESL back in the days, when BF2 had a competitive scene. Nowadays i don't think you would find enough players to start a ladder.
