That Osprey looks quite big and fragile. I imagine I'm going to be avoiding that one as a pilot.

I think Pavlovsk is one of those maps where a secured LZ is required alot or you'll get shot down.

The Osprey needs quite alot of room to get rid of its speed so you can drop supplies compared to a huey, but if little ol' me can do it - anyone can :P

I'm guessing you can combine 2x LSC + 1 Heavy Crate to be able to build bigger assets?

What happens if you drop a crate whilst going full forward in an Osprey? Will the crate break on impact or is it possible to make it shallow enough that it just skids?

Will the Germans get a medium/heavy transport chopper due to the fact the Huey will only carry light supply crates?

Hopefully zee Germans get the Sikorsky CH-53 Sea Stallion as their medium/heavy transport chopper.

The Sea Stallion is kind of big, but it'd be better than nothing. What they really need is an NH90.

The NH90 is the best candidate for the German's Medium Lift Chopper. The CH-53G would be classed as a Heavy Lift Chopper since its lifting capability is around twice that of the NH90s and other Medium Lift Choppers and more or less the same as the lifting capabilities of the Zhi-8KA.

How many troops would the NH90 transport or only used for supply?

Considering that it can carry 20 fully loaded soldiers IRL, i'd guess 8 guys and 1 supply crate.

I'd imagine it'd be like any other medium transport helicopter: pilot + 7 passengers and 1 heavy supply crate.
