British JACKAL and MASTIFF vehicles?

hello all! i apologise in advance if this has been posted before, i had a look and couldnt see a thread (at least recently) on such a matter.

But anyway, The british armed forces is starting to retire it's fleet of 'snatch' Land Rovers, and alrthough it still utilises and loves them, there's a new kid on the block, the Jackal 2. Now, whether this is possible or not i am not entirely sure but i assume its possible to some extent? it's a fantastic vehicle and is very key in the BAF at the moment.

Secondly, the Mastiff/Mastiff 2 i wont go into details as you have started to develop one for ARMA i believe..

also, a slight addition... The lynx with the TOW missiles on it. this would be fricking impossible to hae and i dont belive it would be impractical.. but of course it may be completely from your more experienced eyes.

We are well aware of all the current and past British equipment, as well as many other factions since we have military advisor's have have and still do serve in these forces as well as these bits of kit not being secrete to the public either.

First of all we don't actually have a Snatch Land Rover, that's the transport variant with covered back and open roof:


We in fact have the WIMIK Land Rover ingame which is a fire support, gun platform:


We are also well aware of the Jackal series and hopefully in time we will have one ingame. [R-DEV]Stigger did make one some time ago, although it was for the ARMA2 engine and back porting it to the BF2 is pretty tricky and we currently don't have the manpower/time to do it right now, but hopefully one day it will be ingame.


We are also well aware of the Mastiff and we have a model of one but has the same problems as the Jackal:


As for the Lynx with TOW Missiles, the TOW armament of the Lynx was retired many years ago since the Apache frankly did a far better and more effective job and the army no longer saw the need for this obsolete weapon system.
A better and more modern light attack chopper for the Brits would in fact the the Lynx Wildcat which can carry a verity of air to ground weapons including the new LMMs

Unfortunately we don't have a model for this in PR:BF2 but maybe someone from the community could look into making one
