Youtube Fullscreen not fullscreen
So I just had a graphics card update and suddenly am having an issue with youtube fullscreen. It will only take up a part of the screen but the buttons for it are still as if it were actually on fullscreen. Looked around so far only find fullscreen issues related to tablets. Any Ideas?

What is resolution of your monitor?
IF you running a resolution higher than the full screen video, you have to enable scaling, either in the video card drivers or in the monitor settings, depending on your software/hardware.

Still 1600x900 just like ive always done. This only happens on Chrome btw. Seems to work fine on IE, all other video formats and sites work just fine, only youtube videos.

Not really sure, you can disable pepper flash, and install standard flash,
or you could install another version of Chrome, such as Iron ,CoolNovo, or Chromium, and see if that works.

I just let it be and just watched vids on IE. Videos worked full screen when embedded on Chrome for some reason though. Just noticed today things seem to be normal again.

Same happens to me unless I'm watching a video at 720p
