Server crash

Hello people.
We all know server crashs are annoying.
My question is: what is causing those crashs?

Is it possible to track down the reason for it?

Bf2server.exe is really unstable... and thats really it.

Usually its related to a bug called ghostid. Dont know exactly what that is.

And then there is running out of networkable something.

Can you fix it? Why are you asking?

Thanks for the answer. And no i dont think i can fix it, not because of lack of programming skills, but because i never modded for bf2 nor any information about the issue itself. Unstable can mean everything though.

I could ask some bf2 modders from fh2
