All the tutorials in the Community Modding section of the forums, plus all the DEVs and R-CONs who are really kind and can help you in a lot of ways :)

I.e. : They make me realize that modelling a missile was far more complicated than just a cylinder with planes :lol:

Start at lesson 1 :)

Although honestly you could just look into learning how to tweak vehicles, materials and other such things contained in .con/.tweak files and be just as useful. Proper programming skills take a while to build up :D

I've never looked at any python code, for some reason I just assumed it was a complicated low level language. It is some easy high level stuff.

have the UAV bug been fixed when ground vehicles and assets is disappearing?

I just realised how shit the UAV is right now when every thing is disappearing..

Why having secrets about the release of the next devcast? What would be the problem if you'd just tell if you finished it by 40%, 50% or whatsoever?
