I'm in the editor press ALT + F1 displays the terrain can not be recovered
Now all grid-like terrain how do I fix?

Uh if I get what you mean, go to render and click detail terrain, it's probably on grid mode. That menu is on the top left

follow his instructions:
On the top bar to the let side you will find "Render" , then choose detail terrain mode

It's just a alternate way to view the terrain, it doesn't do that ingame
