All we know right now is that one of the punkbuster/evenbalance guys is still looking into it, he posted that yesterday, but I suspect it won't be easy to recreate the false positive. The only thing you can do is appeal your ban and give as much info as possible.
If you want, you can send me the same info as well and I will forward it directly to the pb guy that is working this, which is a different person from the one responding to the pb tickets.
I would strongly recommend to remove bitdefender right now, but since these bans were because of silent logging for many months, it is impossible to tell at which time you were flagged for this, so providing a history of programs installed in, say, the past 6 months, would maybe be helpful too.
I am getting this error aswell!!!! I googled the violation because I was like WTF! ANd im not the only one. I to use bitdefender. I turn on game mode when I play. I dont believe I have updated video drivers recently. I have been banned by GGC not pbbans yet. I put request on evenbalance. But Looks liek they just assume we all cheating......
Ya this blows! I unistalled bitdefender....POS! I just hope they look into this cause there have been sooo many bans since May 27th with that violation.....
These violations are now a confirmed false positive! A big thanks for Nick from evenbalance for sticking with this and confirming this for us.

We have confirmed that non-cheat software caused some of the kicks for Violation #50120 in Battlefield 2 starting May 27, 2013. We encourage admins to give players the benefit of the doubt and ignore violation number #50120 for kicks occurring on or after May 27.
OMG!! That means I can play PR version 1.0!!! Yeaaaahh!! In the mean time will try to test join in tomorrow(now typing from phone on bed . gonna sleep).
Evenbalance usually doesn't give out the reason behind false positives as it gives away how they detect cheats, so I doubt that it will be different this time.
Bitdefender seems like an obvious candidate though.
