Are you sure?
BMP3 is using by Russian Naval Infantry, and can swim up for 7 hours. This is a bit more, than swim across small river.

I dont have data about BTR60 and MT-LB, but bouth of them swims pretty well.

I'm not sure no but swimming across a river is pretty different from swimming in the sea with big waves :p

BMP-3 may well be able to swim in the sea, but I don't think the MEC get that on Jabal last time I checked?

There was a discussion on this regarding the G36A1's Reflex Sight and as many people there correctly pointed out, the FoV in reality isn't nearly as awful as the game makes it.
However, transparent or otherwise modified models that would allow for a more accurate-to-reality visibility when using the Reflex Sight are counter-intuitive to the average person and therefore were scrapped. The team then settled with putting the Reflex Sight closer to the player(to increase the field of view inside the sighting system), as well as the G3A3 with Red Dot Sight as alternative with the exception of the alternative Rifleman(and HATs).

The accents are different between quebec and france french, but they could just be given the french voice files and you would play as the Royal 22nd Regiment. A mostly french infantry regiment, and the largest of the three in Canada. Wouldn't be perfect, but would create another layer to use.

I am still amazed at how immensely popular this thread has become over a year ago ^-^ I leave for a period of time and I come back and Its still going strong with "For the most part" Very useful Q:A sessions...... By all means Keep it going guys! :D

How many years PR:BF2 has in front of him ?

Also, Rhino, my PC got hacked (keylogger, bad virus, etc...) And I had to format the whole thing and re-install Windows from scratch. I still kept my save files (including the missile) but I have to redownload everything (including 3DS Max), so yeah, just to let you know.

When v1.0 is released, will we have a few days to play around with bots and practice before the servers come online? I'm just imagining everyone joining their first ever v1.0 game and crashing helicopters everywhere/trying to figure out the new mechanics and not having a very productive round.

And to answer your question: no, there will be server available once you'll be able to play 1.0.
The first rounds with new versions are always affected by discoveries and people trying to figure out how stuff works. I personally always enjoyed these rounds on my favorite server.

Hey!

Since you are going to add scorpion to the MEC team, and french will have the AMX 10 RC (maybe the ERC 90 to AU?), and I saw some DEV's signatures with the same kind of armored, are you going to add new vehicules to the others armies? Because it seems its a new category of vehicule right ?

Encase these features have to be scrapped/pushed back in order to push the release along, which in fact one of the big ones has already been pushed back to a later release, which if you knew what it was would just lead to massive disappointment and then endless nagging from millions of pubbies when its going to come :p

Its better for everyone not to know about these things until we are sure they are going to be part of the current release, this way your not disappointed when it doesn't show up because we don't have the time/resources etc to include it right now :)

Can't you guys make something that is required to be staring to a picture saying "May or may not be included in v1.0", for 2h and then we could see the list of features?
