Application load error and process error

Hi there whenever i start PR i get an application load error and an unable to open BF2 process error. I have Steam BF2 that i recently bought and i have the latest PR version and everything .

I have a ATI 7970.

I checked the error log and i found this.

System.Exception: An error has occurred while trying to launch BF2.
Details are as follows.

System.Exception: A time out has occurred when trying to connect, check that your internet connection is active.

Does BF2 start fine?

Actually yes it does. And thank you but i have actually figured out what the issue was. I had BF2/PR installed on a different disc then where my main Steam directory was and that was preventing it from starting. A google search helped me find a previous thread.
