I have the same problem. Reinstalled, runned it in different modes/settings. CTD after the intro and a window pops up saying: "Clearing BF2 resources"

RENAME THE \MY DOCUMENTS\PROJECTREALITY FOLDER to \MY DOCUMENTS\PROJECTREALITYBACKUP

START PR 1.0 BETA AND DONT IMPORT THE PROFILES BUT JUST RETRIEVE YOUR PROFILE WITH USERNAME - PASSWORD.

DO NOT DELETE YOUR PROJECT REALITY FOLDER FROM MY DOCUMENTS!!
Just rename it,
Documents\Battlefield 2\
to
Documents\Battlefield 2 Old\
This way you can copy over your settings, keybinds etc.

Guys after having the profile copying error i have updated through PRupdater my game. The game was launched but after intro it is closed with small window saying "clearing bf2 resources" and it's all! The game closing automatically. I sent info about profiles error 2 the [R-COM]LITOralis.nMd
