Unable to request kits from new chinese APC

The new chinese apc on black gold inf layer. (unsure of the name)

It looks similar to the old one, but you cannot request kits of it.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature..

If it's a big one, it's probably a bug

I think you can't get kits off the VN3 though
