This is the second time this has happened.
I was revived and automatically picked up an enemy kit, I was not able to drop it and by the time I had found a friendly kit(a squad mate came to me and dropped their kit) the screen was completely black. I did not die or take any damage but when I switched to the friendly kit I remained blind.
Are these intended changes to prevent people using enemy kits? It's very frustrating when I couldn't do anything about it.

Not intentional, but known, thanks for reporting anyway. Is this happening to everybody or are there exceptions?
