PR 1.0.19.0 Permanently full servers

Post by maximi4444 »

Hello,

I was really looking forward the PR 1.0 and now I downloaded it, installed, and updated. I am in the game now and I clearly want to play it. So I got to Join Internet, and see 3 servers - the official ones. They are constatnly full jumping from 98 to 99 to 100 players no matter what. 2 places are reserved on each and I am unable to connect to any. So I think its new probably everyone plays it...

but 1st issue:
it jumps tooo quickly. I mean from second to second.

2nd issue:
when I check the server info I see only 35+-5 vs 35+-5 people which gives 70 and not 100.

Is that normal and am I just so unlucky and not being able to get on one? Or is it because of some bug or other issue which only shows the server full and in fact they are not....

Please help I really wanna try it out :(
Thanks m4X

There is a bug in the menu code, It does not display more than the first 35-35 players and the autodeploy option does not work for servers over 64 players.

The total number is correct and displayed ingame.

You just have to wait in the chaotic line and hope for more servers.

Rather silly that there is only 5 servers up, vast amount of players can't play at all including myself :x .

It takes time and effort to maintain and update servers. Above that, during the day we had five servers up and running. That's 500 playerslots - more than the average playercount for 0.98.

I'm going to lock this thread now. We know there's a great demand for more servers, but this is a beta and is intended to give developers better insight. And the available servers do that, whatever amount there is.

I do hope you can get on one of them and enjoy the heck out of the beta though :) .
