(Weapons) RPK74M fire selector doesn't work

- Russian RPK74M has the "click" sound when trying to change fire mode, but fire selector doesn't work at all - just "full auto" mode avialible.

Yeah, it's known. Unfortunately this is a work around to help fix some maglink issues we've been experiencing, removing the fire modes. Same with other weapons that have deployed modes. Thanks for reporting.
