Need help installing, little exp with torrents

I am still confused on the installation process for the 1.0 torrent and could use any sort of help. I have virtualclonedrive and winrar installed. I download the prbf2_1.0.15.0_openbeta.iso onto my desktop and have tried to right click and mount the file to start with the installation but I do not have the option to mount the file when I right click it and I have tried other programs like daemon tools and still can't get it to work. Any suggestions or links on how to install or what I am doing wrong? I am a noob with this.

Try right clicking with winrar on the .iso and clicking extract, then go to the folder you just extracted and click on autorun.

Are you saying to right click on the iso file and then hit the extract files option? I am not able to do that.
