PR 1.0 Beta msvcr110_clr0400.dll is missing error SOLVED

Hey guys.
After installing PR 1.0 Beta, the game didn't start at all, right after double-clicking the icon I got an error-message that msvcr110_clr0400.dll is missing.
After downloading this .dll and copying it to the right place (folder SysWOW64 for x64 systems; folder System32 for x86 systems) I restarted the computer.
After this, PR didn't have any reaction after clicking the icon, not even the error message anymore. Just nothing happens.

But I found an solution.
This is due to .net Framework 4.51 PREVIEW version which seems to be not compatible with PR. Uninstall it and reinstall a lower version. I installed .net Framework 4.50 and it works again.

This error appeared on a Win 7 x64 System and probably I am not the only one who has this problem.
I was shocked I didn't find any tips in this forum, that's why I'm posting the solution for other people who might have the same error.

The .net Framework 4.51 PREVIEW version is a manually selected, manually downloaded file atm correct?

If it isn't being pushed out through automated Windows Updates I'll let it go for now.

Anyone using this file should know how to fix it

The .net Framework 4.51 Preview Version got installed automatically with the installation of "Wargame: Airland Battle" which is a brand new game. I guess many new games require the new Framework Version and install it automatically.
So if you install a game which got released about 2 months ago, it could be installed. Also the windows updater probably does it.

I can't play Wargame now anymore but, to be honest, I don't want to, after the 1.0 Beta got released

PS: I think Windows 8 has .net Framework 4.51 Preview required and standardly activated, so these users are probably fucked^^
