Black Gold Invisible Caches

On Black Gold Insurgency we just have invisible, unusable, undestroyable but spawnable unkown caches.
When the cache gets known it appears and kits can be requested and rearmed as usual.

I believe this is the intended behavior for unknown caches now.

THis is a feature, not a bug - wasn't in the changelog though to be fair
