Knife range
Now one thing that I have a problem with is when I sneak up behind a sniper to knife him and it takes me 3 or 4 stabs.
In ET they had it so if you approached someone, aimed in a spot for a about a full second an icon would come up and you could kill them in one knife swipe. I think something like this should be in PR. there could be your normal stab or whatever that takes a certain amount of hits to kill someone, and you could have your i dont know what to call it, but your lethal stab.
i think it would be very easy to do this, give the knife 2 "firing" modes. your normal quick stab/slash, and your much slower to "reload" one stab kill kind of stab.

well, during my sniper ninja JTF2 commando airborne HALO training we learned that the most effective to kill an individual via knife was an upward thrust jsut below the rib cage in the back. At the same time, you're free hand covers their mouth and pulls the neck back. by doing so, you've not only dealt a fairly critical wound, but you've punctured the lung and blocked escaping wind, so its quite silent.
Although i never learned this myself, i know some from Special groups who have. Maybe do that?

I had a similar experience, snuck up on a sniper on top of the crane in the havoc >.> and my gunner let rip... the guy took about 20 rounds before he went down, not moving much the whole time.BrokenArrow wrote:ive had episodes in this game where (no lie) i have shot him at least 3 times in the back with a pistol and then knifed him repeatedly and he has not died, i know im hitting him because the dust or whatever that flies off of the character when theyre hit.... lag? hacks?
