Blackhawk tail rotor/ Empty Handgun

Encountered a bug last night, i shot my team mate with an empty hand gun, i had no ammunition at all, and i am set to manually reload. This was on USMC Sarrema with an officer kit.

Also, on Ramiel the blackhawk tail rotors look like they are always spinning, even when the blackhawk is off.
