High ping on US servers

I really don't know if this is really a bug or not, the same happened to a friend, on a earlier 1.0 beta release.
On every US server my ping goes higher than a 1000, but with EU servers my ping is fine
This issue started today, in the last update, I had no high ping before, I updated the game yesterday but I couldn't play, now I can't play because of the ping, not big deal, but it is quite annoying

in-game I have exactly the same ping and I can't move due the connection problem message.
When I alt+tab and then I tab in I can move but abouta 5 seconds then conection problem again, and I also noticed that mumble cannot connect to the server

sorry if this is not the right place for this.


sorry for the inconvenience, I tried restarting the game but the ping was still high I restarted the game again and the the problem solved, Is it possible that mumble is causing this high ping issue?
