Cant play in 3d with new launchers.

Due to the fact the new launcher is recognized as a 64-bit program on windows 8, you can no longer play PR with an 3d Methods.

I wont play pr unless its in 3d, which is why i bought my screen for it

Well, considering PR/BF2 is not a 3D game officially supported I doubt anything can be done to help you here. PR is just as fine in 2D, simply saying you won't play if you can't play in 3D is pretty much nonsense cause PR in 3D can never truly be 3D anyway.

You can still play other games in 3D I guess.

You can run directly from the the \program files\bf2\ directory, use PRBF2.exe
PRMumble can also be launched manually from bf2\mods\pr_beta\bin\PRmumble\PRMumble.exe
