Your question is kind of headscratchingly vague, are you having trouble mounting the file "image"?

Want to get some help over Teamviewer?

Edit: 55mb? That is way too small, it should have a few gigabytes.

The torrent file to download the ISO is 53 kB for me.

People have been having trouble with that. He could be as well.

(Thread moved and renamed.)

Okay. What you have is probably the file that your torrent program, such as utorrent, needs to start the download for the .iso file.

Please download utorrent, if you haven't, or any other torrent program of your choice, and try to run this file with that program.

Does that do anything?

Also: Can you give us the exact file name and size?

You have several steps to take now:

1. Download and install a virtual drive tool.
2. Mount your PR Beta .ISO to the virtual DVD Drive. (In your screenshot, right click on the PR Beta .ISO file, and select the "Open folder" or "Open Directory" to find the download location if you are not sure where it's lcoated.)
3. Open the virtual DVD drive like a regular dvd drive, and click the Install file.
4. Go through the installation process.

I prefer using VIRTUAL CLONE DRIVE, a simple and effective tool which you can download here:
Virtual CloneDrive - Freeware - EN - Download.CHIP.eu

Here is a Youtube video to explain how to use VCD

Here is a step by step tutorial explaining the same stuff as the video:

1. Download and install Winrar (rarlab.com)
2. Right-click the .iso file and 'extract to ... file'
3. Select an empty file
4. Double-click the autorun file and install

Windows 8 users have a 'mount' option when right-clicking the file as an alternate to extracting it.
You're hit and then hear the shot.
