Squad leader can't be seen on map

I tried 1.0 for the first time today.
No matter which Server, Map or Squad, i never could see my own squad leader on the Map. Leaders of other Squads were displayed correctly.
This happened all in one session (no restart).

I guess a restart would fix it, but I'll update this post, once i tested it.

I've seen this issue many times in 0.98. It happened to me in 1.0 beta for the first time when I was squad leader and left my squad with officer kit and started a new squad. Then could not see myself on the map. (squad members were being ridiculous). That could be a clue as to why it happened. Anyone else?

for me it happens mostly if I switched to desktop and back to the game and load another map afterwards.

Well this evening i had the same bug and it even got worse: I couldn't see any squad leader at all.
Later I restarted the game, which fixed it: All squad leaders were displayed correctly.

Maybe it only/always happens after the first start of the game or if the game is patched immediately before launching? Then again, it might be completely random... ^^

BTW: I love 1.0 and hope the final 1.0 is to be released soon. The sounds are breathtaking. By chance can anyone tell me if the SQ8-Mumble-bug has been fixed?

Happens to me a lot too. It also seems like it might be worse with the 100 player servers as it's been happening more often than usual.

I tend to lose SL icons and flags. I've not seen (or noticed) actual player dots disappear yet though.
