Indeed, lately there isn't many latino servers. But there is sometimes "Latino America Server" and "CBPR".

There are two or three Brazilian servers and an Argentinian one, "PR Latin America" or something like this. It is pretty much always empty.

yeah is pretty empty right now beacause of the steam summer sale, everyone is playing other games + m0ost of the community (at least some of the good players or that's what they think they are) got tired and started playing others games until 1.0 comes out

Currently in Latin America we have 3 major servers IIRC (Latino America, CBPR and Terra) but they rarely get full. So there is no reason for more servers.
