Tips for Squad Leading (v1.0 and v0.98)

For the love of god don't go charging into certain death, so many squad leaders have ordered me to run straight at the enemy over and over again only to get mowed down.

1. Make sure everyone is on mumble and has a working mic (kick the rest).

2. Tell everyone, that they shouldn't take/change special kits, unless you told them to (never allow snipers, they tend to violate ?3. Rather use marksmen).

3. Tell everyone to stay with the squad, make sure you won't tolerate "lone wolves".

4. Use your squad radio to talk about your plans and allow "some" discussion about possible attempts. But once you made your mind, make sure everyone understands his "orders".

Scream at them to fucking kill the enemy. Make them disrespect the enemy. Make them feel superior. Lead by example. Kill alot. Scream at them for not having more kills then you.

When I have more kills then any of my SM I know I did a bad job at squadleading .
That acutally happens way to often.
