Using 32 inch hdtv
I am trying to use a 32 inch HDTV for my PR game. When I load game and the logon frame comes up I CTD. Works fine on my led pc monitor though. Is there a setting I need to set in Game

You're using a resolution out of the bounds of your monitor. Change your shortcut to add:
+fullscreen 0 +szx 1280 +szy 720
See if it works. If not, it should at least throw an error.
Running BF2 in a window
+fullscreen 0 +szx 1280 +szy 720

Re: Using 32 inch hdtv
you need to go into your profile's video.con and manually change the resolution. maybe what he said is the same thing but that isn't the permanent solution, that's an old way of fixing your screen for widescreen, but you may be able to do something above 720, just not 1080, my TV only support 764, some TVs will support 1080. But if your monitor for example was set at 1600x1200, that's defiantly not going to work on a TV. the video.con file is in Doucments/Battlefield 2/Profile000?/Video.con, open with notepad. Some new TVs though have higher resolutions then most monitors, for example the seiki 4k will run bf2 at 2160, so I had to say this so Pyrus didn't make anyone think you had to go down to 720, that isn't necessarily the issue.

What I wrote was for testing purposes. When he confirmed it was working I would help him figure out the correct resolution to run on the TV.
