Night Maps - Trouble Adjusting Brightness Settings

This is more of a solutions thread, but if you were like me, you may have had trouble playing the night maps. My monitor would not allow me to change the brightness levels and the night maps were unplayable.

I finally found a solution, two solutions actually! Here they are!

I have an LG monitor, and every time I try to access the menu, I get the message, OSD LOCKED. To unlock the OSD, simply press and hold the "Menu" button until the menu unlocks. Adjust brightness levels as necessary.

If this does not work, (the brightness on my monitor is not enough to make the night maps playable), you can toggle your video card settings.

I have an Nvidia GTX 660ti. If I Right-Click on my desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel -> Adjust desktop color settings -> 2. Use NVIDIA settings -> Adjust brightness.

My screen gets noticeably brighter when I do this, but I lose some shadows and colors when not gaming, but the night maps become super-f'ing-awesome!!!

I hope this helps anybody that might be having trouble with the night maps. It turned it around for me!
