cant open the new PR1.0

hi guys i just downloaded and installed the PR1.0 and when i click on it to play i get a black screen for about 30 sec and then i see the *teaser* with the running soldiers and the PR dog tag... then i see only the mouse on the screen and then it like crashes please help me to fix this!!!

Welcome to PR Stryker,

You've already done most of this so I'll write it in short format:

1. Go to MyDocuments\Battlefield 2\Profiles and just delete that entire directory.

2. Start the launcher and go to Video options, select to start windowed mode, with 1280x720 resolution. Start PR.

If you start in windowed mode and it CTDs, a Message will pop up telling you the problem. Take a screenshot or write this down and post it to this thread.

Also, certain overlay programs can cause this situation, MSI Afterburner, old versions of FRAPs, Asus Suite II, and several other DX9 overlays , so make sure to turn them all off before you start BF2.

it doesn't work!!! i deleted and i changed resolution and nothing it just closes by itself and no massages its just saving something for half a second and that's it
