Fps problems with 1.0

Hey i am getting alot of fps lag on pr 1.0 . i didnt get fps lag in any other verisions . but since 1.0 i get 20 fps . i am running the game on highest settings and resolution is 1680x1050.

My PC :
CPU: Intel(R) Core (TM)2 Quad CPU Q8200 @ 2.33GHz 2.33 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
GPU: Nvidia geforce 640 GT
