error 1311 anyway to fix?

I downloaded and install the 1.0 and the patcher, when i pressed play this error came up.
i have the Steam version of BF2.

i dont know how to fix this and i dont know what i did wrong :\

Have you tried reinstalling patch 1.5, quite often dll files seem to go missing.
