My operating system is Service Pack 1 Windows 7 64bit
Could this be caused if I don't have something else installed or already installed? Any help would be appreciated so I can start playing this amazing game

Umm I guess this wouldn't go under the bug thread specifically, but when I try and download using the Desaru manager; it get's stuck at "Installing Tool: Visual Studio Redlist 2012 Update 3".
