Low FPS when many people in the Server

My Spec:
i5 2500K 3.3G
8G ram
560Ti 2G vram

Win7 64

1920x1080 all high 4XAA
Average:40-50
Min :O nly 15+ :sad:

what about everyone?

Yeah ive had pretty bad lag, mainly ping related but also a in maps with vegetation everywhere.

Yeah performance seems much worse when near populated areas in servers.

bad fps 20-30
amd 965 3.4 ghz
ati 5870
4gb ram

settings medium/low no AA
1366x768
Win7 64
Creative X-fi sound ultra high

What can I do ?

Average: 50-100
Min: 25

I guess its just the drivers not supporting old DX9 cards anymore. They do not tweak them for such old games.
