MEC as coalition team on Insurgency

As far as I know my good friend Crocop is working on a Mec vs Insurgent map called Outpost (linked to the thread). Not sure how close it is to finished but I am fairly sure he is getting near, there have been a few community tests of the map and it's rather scenic if I do say so myself.

Just a suggestion. Maybe you can make FSA vs. SAA batles the same way they do with millitia and british in fools road. Asymmetrical balance. Then SAA vs. islamist groups can be made as normal insurgency.

That is up to each individual mapper how they want the layout, though I'm sure its probably bound to happen.

Played the Outpost map tests, that's going to be a constant favorite in map rotations.
I'm also looking forward to MEC v INS, and MEC v ARF

also what about a 2x2km map which is one big FOB in the middle with US/brit/canadian/russian. outside the fob is taliban/insurgents/rebels. the only flag objective is the fob or 2 to 3 flag objectives which are sections of the fob.

Or any other BLUFOR on BLUFOR map would be cool, I'm surprised there is none yet. Was someone even trying to make one? I know only about Op. Marlin that originally was IDF vs FF.
