Insurgents can't destroy FOB with Mine IED

Manual says IED will destroy but Mine IED which has a huge explosive doesn't damage it. Neither does SPG. Only option is to Gary it?

FOBs are hilariously broken right now. I fired 4 HEAT rounds at a FOB with the Merkava and it stood just sitting there, lauging at me. 2 LAT rounds fired at another one, still standing. 40 rounds of 30mm HE ammo from the french VBCI also couldn't bring a FOB down. It is made out of sandbags and a couple of pipes, it should remain as it was in 0.98, minus the knifing the radio thing.
