Interested in binding redundant keys for squad and local chat to my joystick
Anyone know how to do this?

You do it in the mumble client itself. You can open it from the mumble menu in the launcher settings or just alt-tab from the game.
Only one keybind is listed in the launcher itself, but any others you set should still be there.

IDK if possible in current PRMumble implementation,
a workaround, you can use something like xpadder or autohotkey to map Joystick5 to mouse3
will be a slight (hundred milliseconds or less) delay , but should be functional.
