This was a bug on .981 and then they fixed it during the 1.0 beta with an update but now...its happening again. I boot up the game, select a server and it acts like its joining a server but then "Connection to the server was lost" message comes up. I try to join it a second time and it joins. So far it only does this every first time I try to join a server right after logging on.
Anybody know when this will get fixed?

It's a punkbuster issue. I think we've tried to create a work-around or tell punkbuster to fix it, but I don't know the details. Maybe another DEV will know more and reply, but I just wanted to let you know it's punkbuster.
