Havoc can't use flares

Was playing Black Gold flying the havoc. Was working fine for the first half of the game but at a random point, with no clear cause of the issue, i could no longer use the choppers' flares. We tried switching pilots, using all ammo in the chopper and resupplying, killing each pilot and trying again. Nothing worked. Flares were always full on 60 but could not be used. When you pressed the flare button it made the 'no flare' noise.

A very annoying bug. Haven't lost the chopper yet but I assume a new chopper is the only way to fix it (other trans choppers next to the CAS chopper had flares working fine).

There was the same bug on the Cobra on Saarema during the beta, I guess its fixed now?
