I noticed on Dovre Skirmish that you cannot request any Kits as German on the supply crates.
I don't know if russians have the same problem. Did not test it yet.
Tested on: QRF Combined Arms 24/7 (100p)

//alright good to know Skitrel. So both sides have this problem. Was this already reported? Since this is not a minor bug anymore. Did not find anything in the forums.
