2 Bugs | Commander Marker Glitch & Medic Revives to 100%

Commander Marker Glitch:

Description:
Whilst being a commander, 70% of the times when you try to place a marker on the map, it simply doesn't show up in the map.

Steps to Reproduce:
Simply go Commander, and try to place markers on the map.

Tested On:
I don't think it's map specific (as this occured on all the maps I CO'd on), this is more likely server side. The glitch occured while playing on PRTA.

Medic revives to 100% glitch

Description:
While atempting to revive a player, they would simply get revived to 100% health with no need of the medic bag.

Steps to Reproduce:
Simply go medic, and try to revive a player. The glitch happened 80% of the times I tried to revive a player.

Tested On:
This glitch occurred more frequently while playing on Op. Marlin on the french side. Played on PRTA.
