Cannot start PR launcher

I'm thinking something is wrong with the latest patch for PR 1.0. Immediately after updating to 1032, the launcher started giving an error saying it was unable to detect the Microsoft visual c++ x86 redistributable when it had just been started not 5 minutes ago to update it without problems.I've tried reinstalling both redistributables which does nothing to fix it.

I've the same issue sir, have installed all the latest Visual C++ Redistributables and 2012 update 1?
