Update 1.0.3 Ruined it all

Since the new todays update (wich i downloaded and installed several times) nothings is working anymore...
I don't even get a error message. It always just says
"UNABLE TO DETECT REQUIERED DEPENDENCY:
VISUAL C++ REDISTRIBUTABLE 2012 UPDATE 1 x64"


It was working when you guys released V1.0 but now it all sucks, and i don't know how to fix this issue

Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 3 from Official Microsoft Download Center

VSU3\vcredist_x64.exe - 64Bit OS

OR

VSU3\vcredist_x86.exe - 86Bit OS

Download either 32 bit or 64 bit from above links.
Install.
Repair the installation.
reboot.
play PR.

This isn't a PR related problem, you aren't keeping your OS up to date to with Microsoft updates for system security.
