Thanks at least for some of those tweaks LIT, I had no idea about CPU core parking, 2 of my cores were parked.

That latency reducing program is awesome. Actually my old PC is fairly competitive now. I also had to get /3GB boot.ini modifier to help me out too.

Open the Nvidia control panel (right click on your desktop and you'll se the option on the context menu).

Then move to the second section listed on the left, it is called something like "3D Configuration".

First option of this section will let you quickly change the general 3D setting between "Performance" (lower) and Quality (Higher).

Second option of the section will allow you to specify 3D settings per application, but this requires a bit more knowledge.

Guys just to let you know that low FPS is problem in the game and is being fixed as we speak by DEV team (I imagine)
