pr freezes and unfreezes constanly?HELP please

i had the same problim in 98 but i fixed by doing a hole bunch of shit like the pb download thing and all that.
but in 1.0 i cant fix the problem were the game freezes for about 10 seconds to a minute
iv try ed using task manager and closing every thing that dint work and iv reinstalled it once


specs i get great fps and it doent have problim on other games like war thunder
