project reality 1.0 keeps freeing and unfreezing help plaese

when i play project reality the game freezes for like 10 seconds to a minute and while its frozen i cant alt tabe or ctrl alt del.
all my other games work perfectly fine.
i have stopped every thing in task manager and reinstalled 1.0 and tryed to update pb on the support thing.

i have noticed when it freezes windows error reporting is on task manager i think.
it may be somthing other than windows error reporting


hear are my specs (i get great fps on high settings so its not the graphics and i can run outher game on better setting than b2 and i dont have the problem)
