CTD after latest update.. 11/8/13

after the latest update 1.035 after the intro screen i get CTD with message "cleaning PRBF2 resources" my spec is...any ideas as before update i could play BF2PR..

hopefully sorted now it seems that for some reason my firewall stopped this from working which is very strange as it is the same firewall i have been using before the last update cheers cheapman for your help..

i couldn't figure out how to change the rule, if it worked for you please help me.
