Vietnam CAS Huey co-pilot seat unusable

Description:
When a squad mate was trying to use the co-pilot seat in the vietnam CAS huey, he could not use it and was killed if he stayed in it for too long. It gave the message "You cannot operate this vehicle position alone" or something similar to that. We tried with both the pilot kit and a standard infantry kit and it failed to work with either.
