Cant request kit if taken by someone who left

strange, I do not see a bug report on this subject, perhaps you could make one...include what map you were on, etc

I remember this bug was even before 1.0 and its still there

If somebody takes a special kit like medic and leaves the squad you cant select the kit in your squad for a long time. (maybe his lifetime + kitwaitingtime) Sometimes its the whole round blocked (maybe when he disconnects, but not tested)

You only can leave your squad and request the kit in another squad or create a new one and wait two minutes then...

The bug is very annoying because kitgrabber can affect your squad the whole time and block the kit

It happens on every map afaik.

Yes old and annoying that one. Sometimes I notice you can't spawn in with medic but can select it from a crate.

Tried the crate request several times when the bug appears, doesnt work most of the times and when it works believe under different circumstances (maybe when the kitgrabber deselect the kit)

Like many "complicated" systems in the game, it's there because people found a way to exploit it.

If the person dies or gets a new kit it should clear the kit reservation for the old squad after the kit disappears. It's an annoying issue, but it's needed.

Yeah i see why its there, but sometimes it seems it doesnt work proberly, had no chance to really proof it.

Additional to that, are you aware of that bug that you cant select a second medic if someone in the squad already choose it in the spawn screen? He has to change to another kit in the spawnscreen before the second medic can request the kit. That worked different and in my opinion much better in the beta. Its really annoying atm if someone wents AFK and still had the kit activated in the spawnscreen.

Yes, we are aware of the issue, but haven't fixed it yet.
