Low PFS issue

Hi guys..
I played PR normally until yesterday, the game loaded really slow(about 10 minutes or maybe more) and then i played on 14 FPS and i dont know why because before i played normally (HIGH ,X8 ,100% ,Vsync) i have a powerful PC( i run BF3 on max 60 FPS)
my ping is normal 20-150 in some servers i dont go higher.
i changel my graphics to LOW , None ,50% ,no Vsync and still the same.
Till 10% kind of fast get stucked on 11% then on 20% on 43% on 62% on 88% and when i play i play on 20FPS and it allways jumps from 10-55 and most of the time it is 15-25.
please help

I have no PFS at all You are lucky

But seriously, many players have FPS issues. My rig run Bf3 on 80-104 FPS, but in PR I've got only 60.

set your game back to high settings, apply
join a server, exit pr
delete your shader cache
restart pr
join a server, exit pr
defrag hard drive with pr installed
